Ok, so I have all your library for scVAT (single-cell RNA Visual Analysis Toolkit)
installed.
I am trying to extract the exact cells that are expressing the most of the gene in this 3D image. The lighter the color, the more expression.
Using the scVAT library how do I do this. I am not familiar with "R" language and would like it if you walked me through this??
How do I pull out the cells from this image that were created from the dataset that are expressing the most of the gene?? Please see the 3D image below. The brighter cells on the right are the ones I want to grab and see what are the exact ones from the dataset....
