Capability to Duplicate, Join, Route records according to conditions #543

Expected behavior and actual behavior.

The engine should support the Duplication(Fork) of records (to different topics)
The engine should support the Join of records (from different topics in a single topic)
The engine should support the Routing of records without duplication (to different topics)

Somehow we want be able to take multiple topics as entries and have multiple topics as outputs
