Severe performance issues while MAtmos is running #10

Attempt to address this in 7610461a9c569393617798e9ec9ee0487ba27bda by only computing sheets and data in the sheets that are required by the expansions + Attempt to address this in 2629dc45163ca5fde5a8f825b3627858d8bfe271 by recalculating conditions only if the sheet value has changed

Should be looked again in 1.7.2 because of internal changes that split instants into submodules loaded only if necessary
