1.12-RELEASE.01 doesn't load #11

Hi, I can't get 1.12-RELEASE.01 to run. It doesn't load at all and doesn't show in the latest.log. ("[Citizens] Loading Blacksmith v1.12" is missing). I've also tried the latest commit 3e6622f, same problem.

Citizens v2.0.22-SNAPSHOT (build 1494)
CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-93e20b3-e8b6e4f (MC: 1.12.2) (Implementing API version 1.12.2-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

The older version 1.12-SNAPSHOT.01 (b60d9ce) works though.

I have the same problem... it looks like it's caused by #10.

Any news on getting a working build?

When trying to load blacksmith: WARN org.bukkit.plugin.InvalidPluginException: org.bukkit.plugin.InvalidDescriptionException: Invalid plugin.yml

I took a glance at the jar file and it looks like maven isn't compiling it correctly. A few files are clearly missing. Compiled from source and it works fine, so you might want to fix the jar release ¯_(ツ)_/¯
