  • [x] Sections on ridership and Service provision should be shortened to a paragraph / removed
• Section on "the future of bus service provision"
  • [x] rename to something that includes DRT
  • [x] franchising should be mentioned only briefly
  • [ ] transition quickly to text on redesigning networks
  • [ ] DRT
