Synchronize dates of different GTFS feeds

Routing engines take a departure_datetime() argument and then only use services that operate during that datetime period. The services operate on the days listed in calendar.txt. If we have two feeds (one for bus and one for heavey rail), they might be for different date ranges. We need to:

• [x] Check if they overlap: Use this vignette in tidytransit as a guide. It has a useful set_servicepattern() argument
• [ ] Possibly edit one of the feeds if the date ranges don't overlap (example code)

The compare_gtfs_overlap.R file produces a separate plot for each feed, and a facet plot to compare feeds

• bus plot
• rail plot
• combined plot

These have been created from the clipped gtfs feeds (i.e. the feeds of the chosen study area)
