Various UI improvements

Sorry, I couldn't resist digging into the code! It's such a fun little thing to play with ^^

This PR:

• makes a marginally nicer list of POIs in the sidebar
• shows the routes on the map when hovering over POI names on the sidebar
• updates Rust code to generates one FeatureCollection route per person
• adds different colours for each person's markers and routes
• adds CSS so that the text in the marker is correctly centred :-)

This looks great! Love the different route colours per person!

Is it possible to allow all contributors merging permission? It wasn't immediate clear how to do so
