Inconsistencies in the UG for Command Constraints

Currently the UG is inconsistent in how it structures the information for the command constraints.

For example the delete segment has constraints presented as such:

Other portions however have the constraints provided within an "information" or "i" segment as seen here:

This is a small inconsistency in presenting information in the UG.

We reject this bug. The reasons are as follows:

Reason for disagreement: The UG has to be consistent, so that information can be read and understood seamlessly. If there is no consistent structure for each command, then that is what causes it to be unclear for the reader. A consistent clear structure is part of clarity itself.
