Assertion failure #439

Using an $INCLUDE directive in the interface section of a unit seems to cause 
the assertion in TdwsSourceContextMap.ResumeContext to fail.

Added TCornerCasesTests.IncludeInSections but couldn't reproduce, do you have 
some more details on what would trigger the failure?

I think the issue only occurs when the file that's being included, isn't found. 
I haven't been able to create a simple reproduction yet though.
