Extend the move-message and move-channel commands for forum threads #45

Add a functionality to use commands like move-message and move-channel on forum threads (currently they can't be targeted in the channel picker).

This was already possible, just tested. Koishi probably lacked permissions, or it was not added yet to the Discord client.
