Verified that the email functionality works. Using the form at /api/mailer, I was able to successfully send an email to a single email address.

Files changed:

in HVZ/api
- forms.py: changed sender email to hvzwattest@gmail.com
- views.py: changed sender email to hvzwattest@gmail.com
in HVZ/HVZ
- settings.py: changed EMAIL_HOST_USER to hvzwattest@gmail.com changed EMAIL_HOST_PASSWORD accordingly
