Incorrect release page linked to User Guide #11

When I pressed on the "release page" in Quick Start section of UG, it brings me to the v2.0 release instead of v2.1

Reason for disagreement: A user will probably just follow whatever instructions are given in the UG and download the jar file from that link (and then realise it doesn't work as expected because it is not the latest version).
