This PR adds a more complete implementation of the variant type on the Haxe side of things and to be compatible with the GDScript/C++ counter parts. There are still a few parts not implemented which will need looking into a bit more and there are also a few discrepencies that I need to iron out but I wanted to get the bulk of the changes in place first.
