Remove gristmill right hand sides in rccd #70

This pull request removes autogenerated gristmill right hand sides and replaces them with right hand sides derived from rccsd right hand sides by setting t1=0.

This looks okay, but I am unsure if we need to use a dual license at the top level. That is, should we include the Psi4NumPy license along the MIT license here.
