Update black for misc. files #74

Run new black version (19.3b0) changes for the relevant files.

Hmm, this does not look correct. The test fails for the Black formatting. When running black . make sure you are located in the top directory as this ensures that the line length is set to 80 characters (equivalent to running black . -l 80).

I'll close this pull request as there are no changes except for formatting.
