Adding moretrees mod support -- #1

HybridDog, I have some of the actual capitating working. Have not sorted out if saplings are properly picked up. I think my ranges are off because not all the trees are properly removed. Some of the moretrees trees might not be easily removed (palm) since the trunck offsets quickly. Not sure how to handle things like the apple tree, which is fairly short compared to others, but very spread out. Any hints or pointers to where I any wrong would be helpful.

thanks, but l think that for moretrees different tree types need to be added because they have stems > 1x1 and some trunk nodes may appear randomly in the leaves.

l added your changes but disabled them by default.
