[Bug] Build action is not processed in GitHub Workflows #49

Description : The "build" job in main workflow is not being taken by any runner.

Example : https://github.com/Hybris95/UEX-Trader/actions/runs/11651612545/job/32441821831 This request was automatically failed because there were no enabled runners online to process the request for more than 1 days.

Impact : Disable the build artifacts from being published
