[Feature] Declare trade routes on UEXcorp #54

Add a new tab to Declare trade routes on UEXcorp. A link to this new tab has to be added on each Trade finder tool when a Trade is found (in order to pre-fill the required fields).

Check feasibility first within API POST actions available. Might be done by UEXcorp automatically when people do their "buy/sell" actions.
