hi, added feature of prevent vita going to suspend and screen shutoff while playing with any controller :) should edit cmake list, i'll do it too

I wasn't aware of that function, so thanks for this. I added some logic so it's only triggered when inputs are active and included the change from #20 in commit faa6324.
