A resource may have operations directly attached by means of hydra:operation, additionally it may have operations that are attached to one of its types via hydra:supportedOperation. The spec currently doesn't make it clear enough that a client should take the union of these operations. In other words, even if hydra:operation describes different operations than the ones available via hydra:supportedOperation, all of them equally apply to/describe the resource.
