Fix mqtt - [merged] #40

Merges fix-mqtt -> master

Added mqtt connect code into boot sequence and integrated it to include error response with successful connects. Also changed building JSON sensor data to use cjson library. Added handling to incoming MQTT messages to filter them by topic.
