Problem Statement

Requirements

[x] Extracting a single plant from the entire image
[x] Measurement size of a plant in terms of height and width
[ ] Measuring width of the stem
[x] Build REST API service
[ ] Make the API secure using Certificates
[x] Build a micro service using Docker
[x] Integrate with the google cloud
[ ] Deploy to a Kubernetes cluster

Design

[x] Data Pre processing
[x] Finding extreme contours of the masked image
[x] Finding size of the image based on a reference sticker(2 X 2 cm) placed in the same plane
[x] Discard the unwanted contours and Provide these extreme contours to the size finder code
