Update on fungal diseases

1. Camera near roots - Since roots are the primary origin of some fungal diseases. (Talked about using thermal cameras in its place.)
2. Changes in State Diagram - When TDS is above optimal levels, adjustments must be made to Fertilizer Management in state diagram since high nutrient levels may cause fungal diseases.

• Stress in plants (Nutrient Deficiencies, Ethylene Disorders) - Avoid nutrient deficiencies or excesses; Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations; Optimize light conditions

• Beneficial predatory mites to control the thrips (maintain the right conditions for their survival and effectiveness)-Use sticky traps to trap the insects and collect them.

• Apply diluted Insecticidal Soap(solution to the plants targeting the undersides of leaves)

• The mildew problem can be resolved by moderating the humidity level
