Launcher: Downloaded mac version don't work

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download mac version of the installer
2. Launch installer
3. transfer file to app
4. launch Formiko from app

Expected behavior It should start the game

After a lot of research it appear that having a bloking popup can't be fix other way than having a singing key. cf https://github.com/logisim-evolution/logisim-evolution/issues/505 But there is a simple command that can fix that, so insted to try to fix it, we will teach the user how to avoid the bloking popup #628 #629
