Windows unstaller should ask to remove .kokcinelo/ #193

Best for the user will be to ask if unstaller should remove all data from the computer or not. If not keep .kokcinelo/data/ else remove all. (In both case we need to remove .kokcinelo/game/ and ./kokcinelo/temp/)
