Remove db manager #1154

There's quite a few functions in Saving Base and connection that appear to have no references. Verify that and remove them if that's true. SavingBase.DeleteRowWithKey, SavingBase.DeleteRowWithCompoundKey, SavingBase.UpdateTableRowWithCompoundKey all appear that way
