apply -f "runtime.yaml" - parser error #258

This was working with the previous version.

Please let me know what would fix this issue thanks

Using -> pip install hs==2.0.0rc3

Getting the same error with 2.0.0rc2 too ...

:~/mlfabric/hydrosphere-python-runtimes/runtimes$ hs apply -f runtime_spacy.yaml Reading runtime_spacy.yaml ... error: Error while applying: No parser found for resource kind Runtime

We need to get underway using the K8 deployment of Hydro-serving to seal its usage! There is more to test after loading Runtimes/Models/Applications.

Load etc ..
