The update is as posted in gitter -
The publicly available install works - along with hs upload.
Having istio installed before hydro-serving seems to create a problem with hs upload.
Following this installation flow circumvents the issue - hs upload works fine

We have been following for 6 months now - we have find great value in the efficiencies, productivity and model management handles Hydrosphere brings to the Platform dynamic.
Few suggestions - we have faced problems with unstable versions many times the last 4 weeks. The last 2 weeks were stable - even there 2 weeks there were mixups.
A suggestion is to leave a stable version - till major version changes - like say for every 2 months, which happens in the Rust world.
Changing public deployable versions without a 'expectation pattern' creates a lot disruption - as we have now.
Version instability has become chronic recently - this puts a damper on 'Hydrosphere excitement' on all of us.
We like Hydrosphere - but with regular disruptions our clients may make us bail..
A simple solution - is to have a tamper proof - stable version.
And nightly/weekly versions for the adventurous.
I hope these suggestions are useful and add to making the Hydrosphere platform - the go to destination - for model management, cloud agnostic scalable delivery and development process optimization.
