I'm on IOS and accessed the page in question from Google Chrome.
Steps to reproduce: go to an email notification from Hylo, click unsubscribe, change settings, click the green save button.
Original purpose of this issue was to point out the button doesn't work but after going through steps to recreate I realised my settings were saved, there was just no indication they were.
