Group members receiving multiple email notifications on the same post #1559

Users are receiving multiples of the same email on posts in their group. I believe it's happening on posts they are following. So far, have had two users reach out about this, waiting for more details on their notification settings.

Users are Phil Greene and Steven Gilbert
