When direct messaging someone don't show list of other people #505

Its very confusing Also make post box much more obvious

This will be fixed in cases where there is an existing thread with the person being DM'd by https://github.com/Hylozoic/hylo-evo/issues/748 (which requires needs https://github.com/Hylozoic/hylo-node/issues/585)

For the case of never having sent the person a message this will need an amendment to the New Message screen to allow the additional recipients to be turned-off. I think that the effort might be best spent in refining the New Message screen.
