[ ] Consolidate LICENSING, READMEs, etc up to root as appropriate THEN MAKE PUBLIC REPO AGAIN
[ ] Meet as a team to make sure we all have what we need to switch over exclusively to monorepo usage, and that we have a sense for our workflow across branches on different products and such (Current switchover instructions)

Apply nx or our own scripts for standardising our release management (and other potential benefits).
Also, hopefully sooner than later, I think we'll want to get hylo-node over to a purely ESM setup and start to hoist its dependencies as well.
