Gasoline applications in combat #30

As of now, the firestarter takes 3 seconds to go from full to empty, meaning that it takes 3 seconds to shoot 13.5 fuel. The max fuel an enemy can have is 5. Fire on an enemy deals 0.5 damage every burn tick and every burntick consumes 0.175 fuel. This means the total damage dealt to an enemy with full fuel charge is 14.3~ (may be wrong on the damage number but its very very low damage) over the (painfully slow) span of the duration of the gasoline burn ticks. The time it takes in almost ALL cases to pull out the firestarter, shoot enough gasoline to fully coat an enemy and set it on fire will almost always be slower and / or deal less damage than simply doing literally anything else. As of now, there is no reason to ever use the firestarter in combat except for oil traps for fodder, as the damage it does is so insignificant in such a slow period. For some reason, gasoline fire puddles deal MORE dps than gasoline coating (1 dmg every 0.5s). This, honestly, makes no sense, as a puddle can be set using way less gasoline and even though its "less" damage, 7 damage total vs 14.3, it actually gets the chance to DEAL the 7 damage. by the time the fire from gasoline coating deals any significant damage chances are the enemy died a long while ago. I'm not 100% sure on how to make gasoline a proper combat tool, but anything that ups its DPS high enough so it matches the other tools that take a similar amount of time to use and output a good chunk of dps (same way a sawtrap takes around 4s to spew out and deals huge chunks of dps). I suggest switching the damage values of puddles with coating, as well as making them both deal damage faster, but really anything that ups their dps output in some way would be greatly appreciated since right now coating enemies is virtually useless in 100% of scenarios in which you'd want to use it.

I would also like for gasoline to coat enemies quicker with less gasoline and to be able to see through the gasoline when firing it
