to add to this i think the multiproc should be removed ENTIRELY personally, as it relies on a lot of factors outside of the player's control such as enemy density and their placement, this mostly affects cybergrind but it tends to make conductor (and jumpstart by proxy) really inconsistent and difficult to use knowing exactly what will happen, also killing multiple special enemies with one conductor proc if it hits just right is ridiculous since it makes the weapon even more varied in effectiveness and occasionally rewarding you WAY more than expected for seemingly very little input on the player's end
Currently, the new jumpstart changes change absolutely nothing about the strength of the weapon, and simply just make it more clunky, annoying, and inconsistent to use. Since magnets are now shootable frame 1, you can jumpstart and magnet an enemy in 2 frames, and then just kill it to get the exact same effect as before as long as you dont manage to break the magnet in some way, which is also inconsistent The weapon clearly needs nerfs, but not only does this change not work how i assume it was meant to, but even if it did i don't think restricting when the conductor procs is the right way to go about it I think the originally proposed change of increasing the amount of enemies hit/damage/whatever based on how charged it is was really good, and while obviously would need tuning, i think would make this weapon still feel decent to use while not being completely overbearing
