Proxy socks not working with SSL connections #122

Same problem as described here :
https://code.google.com/p/httplib2/issues/detail?id=199

The project httplib2 doesn't seem to be very active...Do you intend to use 
another lib than httplib2 ?

Is there a hope to merge the patch included in the issue ?
