I'm writing this issue to sum-up of the different features and motivating scenario that has been implemented and those for the interaction part, the orgaiization part and the regulation part that we need to define. This issue has a previous one #73 .

The idea of this issue is to discuss about the missing features we would have so as to be more efficient for the plenary meeting in December.
