Add accepted terms during the plenary w.r.t. https://github.com/HyperAgents/ns.hyperagents.org/issues/115

  1. It has been out of dated. I updated it.
  2. Sometimes we cannot explicite the behaviour we want to regulate. It implies to express the regulation we want to enforce in two different ways : (1) by preventing/obliging/allowing some state of affairs ; (2) by preventing/obliging/allowing some behaviours (we know what are the behaviours)
  3. I updated this point. However to apply the N-ary RDF pattern, we must this. (check modificaitons)
