[Fix #146] Remove class hmas:Hostable #153

Addresses Issue #146 by removing class hmas:Hostable.

@Antoine-Zimmermann @maximelefrancois86 @FabienGandon please review the changes. I simply removed class hmas:Hostable to address Issue #146, the range of hmas:hosts is no longer specified. After we close this PR I can update PR #122 as well.

@Antoine-Zimmermann just to note: the process we set up is that all PRs should be accepted by one representative of each group — meaning we need approval from @FabienGandon or @DrLeturc as well
