refactor(signifies) range from NodeShape to Shape #178

Updates the range of hmas:signifies from sh:NodeShape to sh:Shape.

The update supports the more generic definition of hmas:signifies, given that no semantic or syntactic conflicts have been identified when using an instance of any sh:Shape (be it sh:NodeShape or sh:PropertyShape) as the value of hmas:signifies.
