"describing" might undermine the relational notion of affordances. #48

I propose to change the "describing" to "relating to" to not undermine the relational notion of affordances. The "exposed" in this sentence should be updated to reflect the proposed change to L95 in Issue #47

Could it be : "Web annotation relating to .... " ?

Shall we find a way to delete the mention to affordance ?

I think it is clearer if we remove "affordances" from this definition and makes it clearer. And I agree with the use of "web annotation relating to".
