Rename `isHostedBy` to `isHostedOn` #50

We usually use 'host on' to refer to software components running on a server like 'hosts on a server' rather 'hosted by a server'. Besides, the Hostable definition is "A resource that can be hosted on a MAS platform".

When I have a quick look on google and try to see how many results I get for "is hosted by" and "is hosted on". I get for "is hosted on" 468 000 000 results while 475 000 000 results for "is hosted by".

It seems that both can be used it.

PS: it seems the use for "is hosted on" is more appropriate when you're talking about being hosted on a "server". You're right.

Thus, what do you prefer to use ?

see ex https://lingohelp.me/preposition-after-verb/host-by-on-in-at-for/

Hosted By is used mostly when a person hosts someone of his/her house or an institution hosts an event. If you look at the link shared by Maxime, you will see that when the reference is to software, the Host On is used.

Sorry Max ! I agree with Gustavo ! (But I'm a non monotonic logic and you can still convince me of using "hosted by" ;-p )

I did a PR that is just waiting to be validated.

see #52 . A minor change request to change the label as well.
