Burning out incompletely carved canoes leads to burnt-out canoe blocks remaining behind #2

When a canoe is carved out incompletely (screenshot 1) it can be lit up, which will lead to the whole assembly remaining intact (screenshot 2). breaking the uncarved block also breaks the middle block (screenshot 3) but leaves one of the burnt out blocks behind.

Ah, i forgot to mention it: This issue occured with TerraFirmaCraft 2.2.15, Pachouli 71.1 and Firma: Civilization 0.0.20 installed. I used a standard Curseforge profile, so Forge 40.2.0 was installed (assume further helpers that cf automatically adds, im not sure how much it really does beyond basic Forge)
