0.9.0 gdipp Service (32 bit) failed to start #100

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.
gdipp_x86_0.9.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run installer
2. Choose "Windows Service" option
3. Wait until installer attempts to start the gdipp Service (gdipp_svc_32).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected it to install normally. Had 0.7.6 installed and working fine. Instead,
I get the message "Service 'gdipp Service (32 bit)' (gdipp_svc_32) failed to
start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services." My
user account is the Administrator. Virus/malware scanner is MSE, and I also
disabled its service while installing gdipp to see if it was interfering. (It
wasn't.)

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.9.0 (32 bit). Windows 7 Home Premium (32 bit).

Please provide any additional information below. Screenshots always help.
If I choose "Ignore" or install in Registry mode, I get an error every time a
program loads: "The program can't start because EasyHook32.dll is missing from
your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I get the same error before(0.8.2). Just add the path of gdipp to your
environmental PATH variable.

I made a mistake when generating the files. Please re-download after I
re-upload.

Has a new version been uploaded? It still doesn't work. Maybe I'll just wait
until the next version.
