Fonts in Adobe AIR applications turns to be awkward when setting max_height to infinity. #128

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.
Adobe AIR applications, Adobe Help 3.3.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Setting max_height to infinity, rendering fonts whatever its size is.
2.Open Adobe Help, or some other applications based on Adobe AIR engine.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Fonts turn to be really ugly.

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.9.0

There is no such issue when using the default setting (max_height="72").
