Font metrics in WordPad is incorrect #151

Here is the same string sized from 5pt to 18pt in Word 97 and WordPad after 
installing gdipp 0.9.1 on XP 32.

As you can see, in Word string lengths grow smoothly, but in WordPad there are 
some "stairs".

Default gdi renderer has this bug also, but I hoped gdipp can fix it.

If there are some compatibility problems, then rendering with correct metrics 
should be provided as option.

I have a strong feeling that this is related to freetype itself. See the Takao 
Mincho attachment (mistitled as Takao Gothic) in 
https://bugs.launchpad.net/takao-fonts/+bug/779194
