What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Font smoothed, lines above all characters

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.9.1 (x64) Windows 7

The Stylish extension mentioned in #182 definitely helps. It doesn't work on 
pages where Chrome extensions are disabled (private mode, options pages) but it 
does fix the BBC news page example.
