After Windows starts I need to manualy restart services to work in some apps #199

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.
Total Commander 64bit
Google Chrome 16 beta
etc.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fresh start of Windows 7 SP1 64bit

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In some apps GDIPP not works. It's very strange.

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.9.1 64bit, Windows 7 Ultimate SP1

Please provide any additional information below. Screenshots always help.
After Windows boots up, GDIPP works only in few places and applications. I have 
to manualy stop and start both 32 and 64bit services to get it work completly.
