Some WebKit browser fonts illegible #219

Still having issues with fonts rendering on some WebKit browsers. The latest
version of Chrome has bugs with shadow rendering for me with gdi++ enabled:

(Font on that page is Droid Sans, using the google fonts API, if the font
format is important)

The same issue appears (and is worse) on the Steam client browser:

Rendering the in-client browser completely useless right now. This also uses
WebKit, so same bug?

I have just installed gdipp and having this problem only in chrome. If it helps
then the font appears to work at 90% or 110% zoom but not all (the title in
this page "Issue 219: Some WebKit browser fonts illegible" appears broken and
corrects on zoom in or out while "+1 Me too!" at the right of new comment box
does not correct). sometimes other text get distorted after zooming.

I have tested a google search page (which has this problem) on chrome, firefox,
safari, internet explorer and maxthon. i dont think it the problem of webkit as
safari and maxthon use webkit. in safari however the text appear a bit
broken/uneven but works perfectly fine in maxthon.

All the browser in test are at latest version available for windows 7 32bit.
