No problem in my experiment. Tested with 0.8.0.

You'll need to select a block on several lines for it to occurr.
I just tested again, and it also happens in the normal column-mode (not just
"quick"), and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with deleting the block -
just
selecting in column-mode (over more than one line) will cause UltraEdit to
crash in
about 1/5 of the times I try.
I just opened a text file, hold down Alt and select a block some times. Often
it
crashed in the very first try, or after just a few...
I'll test again on my machine when I get to work, but I *think* that I've seen
this
issue on three different machines now.
Btw, all settings in gdipp is default. In UltraEdit I have made som
configuration and
choosen another editor font, but the issue also happens when I switch to
"Ariel"
font.

Update: I just tried to repeat this issue on a Windows XP, 32-bit with gdipp
0.7.6 (I
know it's not really supported) and I could NOT make UltraEdit crash on this
system!
But on my two Win7, 64-bit UE crashes in column-mode.

Maybe you can try the next gdipp version.

I have this problem with both v0.7.6 and v0.8.0 on Win7 64-bit
Or you mean that there is a newer version coming out?

I just installed v0.8.1 on Win7 64-bit, and this problem seems to have
disappeared now. I can't make UltraEdit crash with column mode anymore! :)
