Japanese Character encoding numbers not showing #99

Which program triggers the problem? Specify the filename if possible.
Internet Explorer 8 same as Firefox 3.6.8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
the steps are pretty reproducible by going to
a Japanese websites specially you it appears in Facebook
when I try to use the Meiryo font or other MS fonts   

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I installed GDIPP by registry.
some websites doesn't show normally the numbers when they are
typed in Japanese Character encoding numbers for example like this

1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9.10

What version of gdipp (including renderer)? On which operating system?
0.8.2 x64
Windows 7 Ultimate 64x RTM v7200built

Please provide any additional information below. Screenshots always help.
here is an screen shot from me posting twitter and facebook in the sametime 
using JP character encoded numbers.
Internet explorer does the same thing , I even went to skinning
and also even try to downgrade to the stable version 0.7.6
but no use the bug is still there.

will there is be fix for this? thanks :D

I'm sorry. What is the expected output? Can you attach a screenshot without 
gdipp? Is the font in the screenshot Meiryo? Can you reproduce in other 
websites?
